What We Do
With a college education in Accounting and Marketing, Jacki has worked for a variety of companies from health care to education and finance. Although the industries are very different, the value she provides is very similar: making sure projects are executed properly, on time and to the satisfaction of the owners and managers. Simple, right?
Dreams don’t have to be huge, they just have to make life in the business better, ultimately making your life better.
They can be as simple as not having the owner or upper-level management:
- In the dark on company financial performance
- Troubleshooting IT and phone issues all-day
- Staffing issues (due to lack of proper communication generally)
- Whether to spend money on Facebook or the next “great” social media outlet
Execution has always been a combination of efforts
- Digging into the numbers so we know what is actually going on
- Proper communication with everyone involved (let’s get on the same page and move in the same direction!)
- Improving processes to allow for the proper execution
- Sticking to timelines and holding the right people accountable
